Read a book you love outside with lots of pillows!
Take time to bring your imagination to life. It is important to make sure you do not spend to much time in front of a screen. It can be harsh on your eyes, so reading a good book can give your eyes a rest while still strengthening them.
Have time with good friends, Like a beach Day!
A little bit of sunshine, sand and lots of laughs make for a super relaxing day! So gather the girl gang or your close group of buddies and head for the beach, backyard or porch to hang out, talk and be well with each other!
Take a bath with oils and candles!
My personal favourite to unwind, is a hot bubble bath. Soothing music, a glass of wine and relaxing scents make for the best relaxation. The evening is one of the best times to do this, but whenever you can find a spare hour, you are set! Bring out the bath salts (bought or home made) and settle into the bathroom for a night of pampering yourself.
After all, if you don’t take care of yourself, how are you going to take care of others?
